The view from this condo is incredible- oceanfront with some local turtles and surfers to view everyday. I loved the quiet area. The distance from the car to the elevator and elevator to door was very doable for my handicapped mother, but front door was very heavy and hard to handle, toilet was pretty low to ground and shower is not easy for older folks to get in and out (for those who are limited mobility). Location was central to everything to drive to which was nice. The view was amazing, but does get quite windy. The unit could use a bit of updating - The bed needs to be replaced. My husband slept on the couch cause the bed dipped so bad. We got to see lots of great fireworks for new years across the bay just sitting on the lawn. Was a bit apprehensive at first about the property but did not have many choices when booking (last minute on my part). That said, we loved our stay here! The location of this rental was so ideal in the middle of the island, and was so convenient to get everywhere! Loved the overall experience, clean space and amenities provided.
