"Overall it was amazing The receptionists are great. They were very helpful and informative. The only drawback is that there is no elevator. It was difficult carrying 30 pound luggage up to the 3rd floor. The stairs are narrow and steep. Luckily l, the front desk carried them up for us."

"Great hotel in a perfect location. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sarah on the front desk. She went out of her way to ensure we were fully briefed on the things to do and places to go. One of our plans was to see a flamenco show in a cave and Sarah advised which one was the best and also booked the show for us. It was sensational and Sarah took the hassle of choosing which show to go to away from us. She also arranged and booked the right option for a trip to the famous Alhambra. We chose valet parking at this venue and that too was seamless with Jose dealing with everything. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was very good and the lady who looked after that was very pleasant and efficient at keeping everything clean and replenished. Granada was a great city to visit and if we were ever to go back, we wouldn’t hesitate in booking this hotel."
