"I like the check in process, it was done virtually, however I think they have to mentioned that the code works at the time of check in. Although I like the smooth check in process, I do think some people with less familiarity with modern technology struggle with it because I helped a person for their check in, as the reception is not available 24/7. "I really enjoyed my stay, the location is very practical, close to the Castle and city center. The rooms are clean and recently renovated. The only discomfort for me was that my room did not have outside windows so no day light and only air conditioned air that had some weird smell."
