"Perfect location and exceptionally clean and maintained. The only concern I have it the windy steps to the upper level floors with luggage and when wet. Kitchen equipment looked brand new. "

"A beautiful hotel, we had a junior suite and it had lots of space and was very stylish. The pool area was idyllic, and the spa was wonderfuI. It was the staff who made it really great for us though. We came with our 9month old baby and the staff were SO accommodating and made us feel really welcome and at home. They are really great with children here, especially in the restaurant. We also enjoyed the kids hour in the indoor pool, and liked that they were only allowed in during set hours to allow quiet relaxation time outside of this (which we also enjoyed!). The only complaint we have is that the spa opens quite late, at 10am! It would be nice if it could open at 8 or even 9am. "

"The hotel is excellent in terms of facilities and cleaning. They had everything one would need on a holiday. Only slight criticism is the hot tub was not hot enough. We asked at the guest Servcies to turn it up which they did but even then it was like warm at best. I guess for some people that would be fine but for us it was a bit disappointing. Other than that I can’t fault anything else. "
