Villa Hidalgo Vacation Packages

The room was nice and what would be expected at staying in a Hampton Inn. The pool was closed during our stay. This was very disappointing to the kids. The pool was one of the main reasons for wanting to stay at this property. The breakfast was substandard. The quality of the food and availability of food was not great. Basic things like pancakes were left empty or there was pancakes and no syrup. The breakfast was definitely a disappointment.

Rooms are very old, there has been some remodeling , but some of them are still the original

My stay at Hotel Lucerna Hermosillo was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained, but what truly made the experience memorable was the incredible level of service. Every member of the staff was genuinely friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights of my stay was receiving a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise since I had not requested it. This thoughtful gesture exceeded my expectations and demonstrated the hotel’s commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy my visit. The attention to detail and customer care throughout my stay was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend Hotel Lucerna Hermosillo to anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent facilities, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality makes it one of the best hotel experiences I have had. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hermosillo.
