Great quiet clean room. Easy to use a bus just up the road to get to the train station then to Copenhagen to take advantage of the tourist transport pass that covers Malmø and Copenhagen. Great breakfast as well!

The room was fine with everything we needed. It is centrally located in the city
It is only a short walk away from tivoli gardens and the central railway station. The hop on hop off bus stops near to the hotel too.
Staff were very helpful and friendly . Drinks were expensive as was the breakfast
One morning we couldn’t find any breakfast tea bags and were told they didn’t have any which I found difficult to believe
Apart from that everything is ok and I would use that hotel again

Location is great near to centre and train/metro station. A short train ride from airport.
Attractive entrance. Dining room where breakfast is served is functional. Seemed to serve next door hotels?Good variety of cold food. Avoided the hot unappetising eggs bacon and sausage. Small bar in entrance hall. On arrival given a drink token for 2 small alcoholic drinks.
The deluxe room with king bed was average size with basic furniture. Bed was comfortable. The room was located in basement! Above was the dining room. Each morning around 7am sound of moving chairs and music woke us!
Shower room was small with poorly designed sink, large tap hangs over the basin.
Staining was noted around the air con unit which indicated a fault. The extractor fan didn't work.
First night the Aircon generated a large pool of water on the floor.
The shower was powerful with hot water. However the drains were blocked and a rubber seal missing on the bottom of screen. This caused a flood in the bathroom and room entrance. I had to use towels and a mop! No staff assisted.
All 3 issues were fixed next day with exception of screen seal. Had to place a towel to prevent further water leaking.
Previous reviews mentioned loud music venue across from hotel. There is but no issues, music finishes at 9 pm. Take a look some good young bands.

Overall hotel served its purpose. Poorly maintained and not 4 star. At a big push 3 star.

Second time staying at Zoku Copenhagen. It’s always great especially for business travel. They have wonderful meeting rooms and can handle private events. Staff was perfect and so accommodating!
