I have nothing but great things to say! The apartment was spotless, and fully stcoked with anything you would ever need. The location is walking distance to pretty much everything. Miriam was very communicative and quick to reapond. I highly recommended this as a place to stay.
We loved our stay here. The condo was very clean, very nice and had easy access to the area. Would definitely recommend.

Well maintained property. Very clean and comfortable. Every utensil one could possible need. Detailed instructions from host, so easy from beginning to end.
Great apartment, close to all the touristy things, great grocery store and so many fun coffee shops and restaurants all a step away. This is an urban area, but the apartment is quiet and comfortable. Secure parking was nice and made checking in and out a breeze. The host was easy to reach and she provided great suggestions for our stay. We would stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay in a wonderful place. Had a little glitch with the code getting into the building but Mariam was so helpful in working through the problem and it all worked out. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Urban Oasis in Victoria! The condo is situated in downtown Victoria BC and everything is within walking distance. We found great restaurants, bars, shopping and sightseeing and felt safe walking in this beautiful city! Coming back to our Urban Oasis and relaxing was the cherry on top! My friend is already talking about going back with her husband and hopes to stay in the same condo! We highly recommend this location!!
Everything about this condo was as advertised, except better. Extremely well equipped and clean. Miriam provided expert support and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended property.
We enjoyed staying at this 3 bd condo. We can walk around the whole downtown Victoria. It was very clean and well equipped. The Dyson fans in each room helped in hot days. Underground parking space was easy to get into.
Finally, Miriam, the property manager returns calls promptly.
Wonderful fully stocked comfortable high end apartment
We stayed for 5 nights in Miriam’s beautiful 2 bedroom plus a third bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment, with a spacious balcony, located to walk the downtown. We walked to Murchies every morning for breakfast, and all over Victoria from her place. There’s nothing missing in the apartment. It’s fully stocked. Beds are extremely comfortable. We’d rent here again.
This property was very nice. It was about two blocks from some of the more popular shops and restaurants and about 4 blocks from the waterfront, Empress, etc. It was easy to get around on foot. The unit contained everything and more. We only stayed a couple of nights but if we'd wanted to we were set for months. The kitchen is nicely equipped with full size appliances, every size and type of pan and serving pieces. The unit was clean and comfortable. We were there in December but the outdoor patio/balcony looked inviting. The owner was responsive and it was easy to check in and out. I plan to stay there again.
We were four women cousins all over 60 with some minor mobility issues. We were able to easily walk to the Inner Harbour and surrounding area. There were lots of good restaurants nearby and a grocery store just a few blocks away. The apartment itself was more carefully and extensively provisioned than any place we've stayed before (we travel together every few years)! And it was very clean, very comfortable, had lots of natural light. We could not have asked for anything more! Thank you Marian!
Perfect Location, lovely space equipped with all the right things!
A group of 6 of us stayed for a weekend for a birthday celebration. We were able to see so much of Victoria by foot right out the door of this place. We ate dinner in each night and the kitchen was equipped with all that we needed and more. It's a bright space with the ability to use blackout shades so we could sleep in! The check-in process to get into the building was a little challenging (with only 2 min) but once we had access all went splendidly! One suggestion would be more details for use of the google speaker.

The condo is located it an ideal location next to shopping, multiple restaurants and cafes. We only needed our car to drive to Butchart Gardens. Otherwise we kept it in the garage and walked everywhere. The area around the unit felt safe, even when we walked home from dinner later in the evening there were people out and about. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed - full kitchen utensils, spices, condiments, and enough dishes to last a couple meals. We stayed wjth six people: four adults and two kids, and had enough space to not feel like we were on top pf each other. It was a great space and we would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was well furnished and had all the amenities we needed, including a well-functioning washer and dryer set. The unit is not air conditioned but Dyson fans in each room and a door opened to the spacious and well appointed balcony kept air flowing and the rooms very comfortable. An in-building designated parking space is a huge benefit. Check in was a bit bumpy but ultimately resolved. Security is extremely high in the building. The location is ideal for walking to downtown venues. There was an add-on fee above the stated amount for more than two renters. Would we stay again? Definitely.
