Brand New, Modern Oasis with Pool & pool bar.

No third party bookings! Welcome to your newly renovated basement suite home away from home, your perfect Island Oasis! This beautiful suite is located 20 min from downtown Victoria, 5 min from Bear Mountain and Thetis lake. We live upstairs with our friendly French Bulldog, Hugo and our rescue dog. We do have stairs going Into the suite so this is not wheel chair friendly. It is a normal bathtub so you have to step in, we do have a handle to assist.

On a lovely evening, retreat to your private patio, where you can unwind in the soft tub spa or cold plunge by request, enjoy the cozy seating area with a fire table, and dine al fresco at your 6-person dining table. Feel free to use the pizza oven and BBQ for delicious meals. Or take a dip in the above ground pool seasonal or have a cold one at the pool bar with swings or watch the game? Pool is by reservation only, 2 hr time slots.

We’re just a short distance from Thetis Lake, perfect for paddle boarding, swimming, and hiking. Enjoy local nightlife with music bingo at the Log House Pub on Saturday nights, live music on Fridays, and Taco Tuesdays at The Rack Westcoast Bistro, all within walking distance. You’ll also find Costco, Milestones, and a variety of restaurants just 5 minutes away, along with Bear Mountain golf courses and grocery stores. The casino is only 10 minutes away, and we're conveniently located 5 minutes off the highway. We can’t wait to welcome you! This is not a party house as we-live upstairs. No candles, glitter confetti, no more than 6 ppl and they must be on the reservation. No hair dye. Pet Policy: No pets

Clean, Cozy, and Newly Renovated – Loved It!

Was perfect in every way!!

I highly recommend staying here! It had absolutely everything that you needed and more. Communication was on point! And the backyard is a dream. There’s plenty of space for everyone and it is so nicely decorated we will definitely be coming back!!

Little Oasis in the city.

Checked in for a weekend for a family gathering.This space was amazing would love to come back in the summer.Amazing back yard.. hot tub was added bonus. All the things you'd have at home are here. Comfortable beds, lots of towels deep tub for soaking. Kitchen was stocked well. Hosts were great. Lots to do in Langford, but only 20 min town if you want to venture out. Welcome basket check in was a bonus and the basket full of charging cables... great idea.

A Perfect Home Away from Home in Victoria! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Victoria! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how immaculately clean and fresh everything felt—it even smelled brand new. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it truly felt like a home away from home.The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need: a washer, dryer, dishwasher, pots, pans, and all the essentials. We were especially grateful for the complimentary coffee and tea station—it made our mornings feel extra cozy . To top it off, we were welcomed with a lovely gift that made us feel so appreciated right from the start.Our host was exceptional—so warm, hospitable, and responsive. Communication was seamless and easy, and anytime we had a question, we received a quick and helpful reply. It made the experience feel smooth, safe, and incredibly welcoming.I stayed with my husband and our three young children, and we all had an amazing time. The space was perfect for a family, and we made beautiful memories together during our stay. Superb stay in Langford

The house was fantastic and newly renovated with plenty of amenities. It is really comfortable and Jessica is a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend this place.

Pristine cleanliness, very comfortable, great hosts

This has been a wonderful stay for us, our dogs and teens. The suite is very well done, great layout, beautifully decorated, excellent standard of cleanliness, very accommodating hosts. This is also in a great location, downtown and great hiking a short drive away. Would highly recommend!
