Quiet, above-garage suite in Royal Bay

  • Located in the beautiful Royal Bay neighborhood, we are walking distance to a number of trails and parks, such as Esquimalt Lagoon and The Beachlands. Just a short drive to downtown Langford and about 25 minutes to downtown Victoria. There is a new shopping mall, with a Quality Foods grocery store, Cascadia Liquor store, Starbucks, pizza and more, just a 5 min walk away.

    The suite has its own entrance and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living space, table for two, free wifi, in-suite laundry, baseboard heating and a portable AC unit to keep you comfortable! In addition to the main bedroom, which has a king bed, the suite has a futon available, which is best suited to be used by 1 adult or 2 children. A travel crib is available at request for those guests travelling with infants and toddlers.

    The house is located in a cul-de-sac with many families. If the weather is nice, kids are often found playing outside in the roundabout.

    The property has devices around the exterior that are capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images.

    There is a small side yard available for outdoor space and dedicated driveway parking.
