The best time to go to Vermont, Victoria, is during the warmer months, specifically from late spring to early autumn (November to April), to take full advantage of the outdoor activities and pleasant weather.

Families will find that the summer holidays (December to February) offer the most opportunities for outdoor fun. During this period, the local parks, such as Bellbird Dell Reserve, are ideal for picnics and strolls, and the nearby Dandenong Ranges are superb for bushwalking. The warmer weather also makes day trips to the nearby beaches along Port Phillip Bay more enjoyable.

For couples looking for a quieter experience with agreeable weather, late spring (November) or early autumn (March-April) are excellent choices. The temperatures are mild, and the crowds are smaller than during the peak summer months.
