Terrible. Las camas incomodas, una de ellas le faltaban patas, otra con sabanas sucias. Pero lo peor fue que en el colchón de una de las camas había chinches, encontramos más de 10 bichos. Terrible experiencia, no regreso a este hotel.

Agradable, pero llegamos en la idea de que ya estaba pagada la reservación y ninguna de sus terminales funcionaba y no nos dieron el ingreso hasta que conseguimos eflectivo para pagar. Llegamos alrededor de las 22:00 y cerca no hay cajeros, lo que se complica al no tener estacionamiento, ya que tuvimos que ir caminando para no perder el lugar del carro en la calle, a la que le falta iluminación.

Un hotel agradable, la relación calidad-precio me pareció aceptable, hay muchos puntos a mejorar como el aire acondicionado, la tvs y que el internet llegue bien a la habitación ademas de un poco de orientación sobre el lugar y sus alrededores al turista "claro como un plus", pero en general muy bien hay agua caliente todo el tiempo, la limpieza es buena, también es muy tranquilo y el personal muy reservado, yo le daría un 8 y por su puesto que me volveria a quedar en nautico inn.

La atención en recepción fue buena desde el arribo, la característica hospitalidad veracruzana se puso de manifiesto, la habitación era muy pequeña entonces pagué diferencia y me ascendieron a triple sin mucha complicación. La habitación tenía un fuerte olor a humedad, no hubo agua caliente durante toda la estancia y el aire acondicionado era muy pequeño, por lo tanto tardaba horas en enfriar la habitación. Nada recomendable. Por lo mismo que pagué aquí, hay otro hotel sobre la misma calle aún más cerca de la playa y el acuario y con más calidad, lamento no haberlo descubierto antes de reservar.
