Clean room, very helpful staff (they speak English), and it’s located in the heart of center, 5 minutes away from Pino Suárez station (many great tiendas!) and 10 minutes from the Cathedral. It’s really convenient to travel - you would want to stay here if you want to linger around historical center.
Only downside is that you only get your bed as personal space which makes sense considering its price. It’s absolutely safe for solo travelers though and I see many women staying too.

There are several minor things that add up to make the stay average at best.
1. the bedroom has a wonderful view and 4 large windows, but none of the blackouts cover 100% of the window, so all the sunlight comes in making the room very bright, even at night because of the streetlights.
2. the sofa looked very nice at a glance, but when I sat down, I realized it was broken, so you sit at an angle. on top of that they placed a cloth to cover it like a decoration, but it's actually hiding all the stains on the sofa.
3. finally, in the morning i was making a cup of coffee and realized all the mugs had either lipstick or coffee stains, meaning they were not properly washed.

Among the four ULIV properties I’ve stayed at, this was my least favorite. It was fine, but not at the standard of the others.
Good:
-Staff were great, friendly, helpful
-Location is excellent, easy access to transit on Reforma and Insurgentes, close to Roma and Zona Rosa neighborhoods, food, sites, Chapultepec, etc.
- Bed was very good
- Usual amenities available
- Rooftop deck looked nice
Not as Good:
- Cramped compared to others
- Some things in disrepair (bath vanity, a lamp, one shade, etc)
- shades left a big gap so that a streetlamp shone directly on the bed
- No good place to work, just an unsuitable table in the kitchen area
Not a terrible value, just disappointing compared to other ULIV locations.

Location is so convenient if your flight is late and need to rest, the staff is great, the restaurants outstanding but the property needs better maintenance.
