I've been to Venice numerous times, and this was my first time at the Venice Times Hotel. It is very clean, safe area, and very close to the train station and waterways to take excursions. The only thing that I did not like about this hotel were (2) simple things. For one, upon check-in, they offer you a complementary drink if you opt out of housekeeping services, however, that "drink" is merely just a glass of house wine or beer. Secondly - the breakfast buffet is not continuously well-stocked, so if you're a late riser and enjoy breakfast late morning, not much food is left to select from. Otherwise, a beautiful hotel in an excellent location!
