Great location Really nice restaurant next to water next door Helpful staff Good breakfast Bathroom was so mouldy. Not ok for a hotel. Travelling with our baby so we were extra worried about it. Really not nice, black mould everywhere.

The hotel is very small and has a lovely boutique-hotel feel. The staff was absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful! The location is close to everything, but we really enjoyed that the hotel itself was quiet and less crowded. The breakfast was decent as well. We booked a family room, which was essentially two adjacent rooms, so there was plenty of space for everyone. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Venice. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The location was perfect— feeling peaceful and authentic. The staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and always eager to help with recommendations and directions. We visited with two teenagers and felt very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. We would gladly stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay! Great and affordable location that had everything you needed including a fridge. The room was beautiful and clean and I wish my stay could’ve been longer. Didn’t get to experience the breakfast as we were on the go, but it smelled wonderful!
