This hotel was perfect to stay at when visiting Venice. They will shuttle you via the hotel van to the local train station. There is a train to Venice every 40 min. Fast train is 3 stops and you are there. Its also an easy return. Call them when you get on the train and they have the van there to pick you up. You can buy the tickets for the train at the hotel. Incl. return trip tickets. Breakfast great. Pool Great. Desk service booked us tours for very small up charge. Fluent...

Clean, close to parking, friendly staff, delicious breakfast

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The space was unique and quiet.

Good breakfast

A clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff, located on a quiet island close to Venice. A great place to relax while still being convenient for exploring Venice. Highly recommend!

The place was super clean, great bedding for 3 people. Great location with lots of restaurants close by and quick walk to the beach. The lady at the front desk was beyond helpful and kind! (I wish I got her name).

Awesome and top notch service

The hotel is conveniently and literally located a couple of minutes from the vaporetti station so that from the airport you're right at its doorstep once you alight the water bus. It means you don't need to drag your luggage through the narrow cobblestone streets and up and down bridges in Venice which could be challenging for some. You're also away from the crowds in Venice and the accompanying hubbub but close enough that you're there in 10 minutes. The hotel looked recently renovated and...

Room is clean, staff are friendly, breakfast is excellent. Please note that the hotel is in Lido and takes a bit of time by water boat to reach Venice. Yet there's a beautiful beach nearby and the neighborhood is safe and less hectic.

Room was unique with interesting furniture. It was very lovely. Staff were amazing and helpful. Excellent location across from the ferry terminal. Great restaurant on site.

Check-in was prompt, staff were friendly & efficient. Hotel was quaint & beautifully appointed in its lovely waterside setting. The room was small but comfortable. The breakfast room and food choices (even gluten-free options!) were excellent as was the service from the catering staff. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Very charming hotel with help and friendly staff and very convenient location.

Hotel was good. Room was very dark and quiet which made for great sleeping. We did not have the breakfast as it was too expensive at 15 euros each. The hotel is difficult to find as are most hotels in Venice. Took about 15 mins by boat to St. Marks Square. Cost of water taxi is 7.50 euros and runs every 10 mins. The man at the desk was unhelpful, even off hand. He told me there was only one railway station in Venice when there are five so we ended up at the wrong one. Fortunately we had allowed...

We stayed for three nights in July 2014. The hotel is dated, but the room is clean, has a.c., had a small room with a big deck. The hotel had free wifi in the lobby, would of been better to have free in the room as well. The hotel had a free shuttle two and from the beach that was a 5 min ride away. The hotel is conveniently located within a 5 min drive from the centre of town where all the shops are. The hotel is family run and they were friendly and accommodating. Free light breakfast in the...
