"First of all customer service is excellent. However, it's an older hotel. When we got there late in the night, the pillow cases (4) still have previous customer's sweat on them. They smelled Horrible! We complained the next morning and they changed out the pillows. Sink and bath tub have slight yellow stains. On the 2nd night around 4am, we heard 6 gun shots from the vicinity. We were a bit worried. We went down to ask about the gun shots around 7am on our way out, the receptionist said she didn't hear anything. Over all it was a decent stay, not the cleanest. Customer service was exceptional however."

"last hotel of a 7 day trip - just what I needed clean - all items in the appropriate place, cups, cute microwave and any other items needed the plugs on the lamps in my room did not work and they may need to be checked and the tub water backed and that may be only a quick hair plunge, but otherwise - just perfect. quite convenient and priced just right."

"The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I generally have a very hard time sleeping not in my own bed but I was pleasantly surprised. I slept well both nights. The breakfast was fine but a bit lacking. The usual bagels, muffins, bananas, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee with some scrambled eggs and rice. Would have been better with some more fruit options and sausage patties or bacon to make a to go sandwich. Staff was vey pleasant and helpful. Kitchenette is nice to save some food costs on a trip. $5/ night for parking, that was an unexpected cost but maybe that's a Washington thing? Overall, a good 2 might stay."
