"What a pleasant surprise! Finding a good hotel at a reasonable price in Vancouver can be challenging, but Sonesta ES Suites has exceeded our expectations. For what we paid, we got far more value than we’ve experienced at other hotels in the area. The property is exceptionally clean, everything works as it should, and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Colleen, the front desk manager, who has been absolutely amazing and really made our stay that much better. It’s refreshing to find a hotel that delivers this level of quality and service without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!"

"The property was well maintained, clean, and orderly. The staff was pleasant, professional, and helpful. Parking was secure and accessible. "Stayed for 4 nights. Older motel and it shows. Pool was not available, breakfast was fairly limited to toast, bagels, sugary cereal. Overall the room was comfortable. No elevator. It would have been nice to have plastic bags for lining the ice bucket. Olivia was very helpful and friendly."

"Everything was great they were always cleaning the hotel and rooms. The pool was ok it was indoor so it was cool. The only thing that would drop it would be the breakfast if you’re ok with eating cereal and waffles there’s no eggs or nothing protein. But overall great stay"
