Location is perfect. Staff were very nice and helpful. The room and bath were in very good condition and as presented on the pictures. We did have one very big issue: the noise of the ceiling cracking from people walking on the floor above. We were surprised we didn’t see this in the reviews as the ceiling cracks so much that it makes it very hard to sleep, even with ear plugs.
If you’re lucky enough no one is on the floor above you won’t have any issues. However we heard people there 3 out of the 4 nights of our stay which defeated the purpose of booking a stay as we weren’t really able to rest properly.

Loved the property and the gardens. Great breakfast options and you could sit on the terrace if it was nice.

The property is very clean, relatively spacious for other European stays, modern bathrooms, close to public transportation. Staff is very helpful and breakfast was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

"Great location, but our room was dirty when it was given to us and things where falling apart in the bathroom. The hotel is old and lacked maintenance in the room that was assigned to us. Staff was great and attentive. But the location is great right next to Termini."
