Not really a 5 star, room and bathroom not very big, we had much better elsewhere, but splendid view and comfortable bed. Service in restaurant was great thanks to its manager! Noisy hotel, room doors not sound insulated while children play and scream in the corridors until 11pm and from 7:30am! ...

Did not use the pool...the staff are friendly. buggy service from lobby to room is good as somebody is on staff at all times. Food is terrible. just go to the nearby hotel and eat.

The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean.
