"Lovely cottage full of beautiful furnishings and art, adding a warm, cozy, and inspiring atmosphere. Host was so accommodating and made sure every convenience was available. Nearby Letchworth State Park was beautiful, full of scenic waterfalls and hiking trails. Hope to visit again, perhaps in the Fall!"

"Perfect house for our visit to Letchworth Park!Our host, Anthony, was quick to check in, answer questions, and give great suggestions for visiting the area.The house is just lovely, and the lakeside backyard was the perfect setting for morning coffee and catching up with friends. So nice to have kayaks there for our use, too.When it was time to cook dinner, we wanted for nothing in the kitchen. Easy to find everything we needed, and the grill was right outside the door. The host even left a much-appreciated dessert for us to share! We feel fortunate to have found such a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to stay…in a truly idyllic setting!"

"This is a nice quiet motel in a very small community. The owner went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. Offered suggestions for dining, offered to help with luggage, and ensured we were comfortable. The rooms are very dated, but the friendliness and kindness of the owner more than makes up for it! AC was cold, fridge was great to have, and the bed and pillows were absolutely perfect! Keurig coffee in the lobby with fresh creamer was always available, which was a wonderful amenity! Just a short 30 minute drive to Letchworth State Park (Grand Canyon of the East) is a must do! Kudos to the owner, he is a real gem!!"
