"Staff was friendly. Airport shuttle was perfect and easy to use. Rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. Overall would stay again if in need of a free ride to the airport!"

"Some upgrades need to be made, blow dryer in room over heats, bed was rock hard, windows didn’t open and there was no temperature control in room. Walls are very thin so we could hear the people next door coughing all night. Staff was lovely and location was excellent."

"The hotel is portrayed as hip and cool and the artwork and architecture is great. The place feels sad and tired, based on the cleanliness and attention to detail of the building. Our bathroom was so bad that I kept my shoes on and did not take a shower. I've sent feedback to the senior manager without a reply. The staff were great, but something is wrong at this hotel."

"This was the best priced hotel in the area. Super close to the Van Buren and other downtown Phoenix bars and restaurants. Lots of things tondo in walking distance. The walls are pretty thin, so if you are a light sleeper or looking for some peace and quiet, this may not be the hotel for you. I could hear bass rattling the walls all night until 2, and the traffic noise was pretty loud at times. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. If you want convenience and a low price, and don’t mind the noise (or if you have a bluetooth speaker to play ocean sounds while you sleep), then this may work for you too."
