Parking was very convenient- we parked close by and walked everywhere during our stay. The building is historic and really very cool.The studio was well appointed. "Nice, clean, and conveniently located! We were able to walk to all the shops, resturants, and the grocery store. The condo was the perfect size for our fall getaway and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again!"

"My family enjoyed our first visit to Durango this spring break, and the condo proved to be in a very handy location. It's just about 10 minutes from the slopes, so it was an easy drive back and forth and we really enjoyed the convenience of the restaurants and hot tub close by in the evenings. Accessing the upstairs loft is via a spiral staircase and since we had a lot of gear for skiing we carried one suitcase up but left the larger one downstairs. "The condo was easy to find and communication with the owner was easy and responses were quick. Our stay was a 5-day layover to relax for a few days during a 3 week trip through Colorado. Unfortunately, the pool was not functioning while we were there, one of the main reasons for booking, but the owner did provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, we were happy with the condo, the location, and the owner and would definitely consider this location again if staying in Durango."
