Charming, quaint, fit the area. Comfortable bed. We came at night so it was a little difficult to find the door. Host is very helpful.

Perfect spot for a family to soak in all that Siena has to offer. Steps from the Piazza del Campo but amazingly still quiet. Very clean and bright with all the space and amenities you need. The owner was very helpful, and getting in and out of the place was as efficient as could be.

Amazing room very clean and really beautiful and relaxing. Location is excellent. Breakfast and restaurant connected to hotel was wonderful for dinner if you don’t have a reservation get them to make it Togo and take it to the terrace. The hotel gym was the only let down as they had most of their equipment stolen. They tried to accommodate as best they could. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Spacious and modern apartment, well maintained. Convenient bus service into Siena. Free car parking. Needed phone for check-in. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Emplacement exceptionnel

The description of the property is very accurate. We were very excited about the location of the property. Very close to most popular attractions. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The shower was a little tight but manageable. We would recommend this property for anyone visiting Florence. The walk to and from the train station was less than half hour. We did a tour with WalkAbout Tours and they were excellent as well.

This place has lots of space, walkable to lots lof attractions, great food near by. Very clean. Our only concern was some furniture was not very good. Bed was very noisy when moving, laundry machine didn't work and when my wife sat on a chair at the table the chair broke and she fell and hit her arm. Other then that our stay was amazing we really loved this place, it had great character.

The room was spacious, clean and well provisioned and excellently situated for us

Excellent, clean and big apartment Very well maintained,

From all the different spots we stayed at while visiting Spain and Italy this was by far the best! Great location and space, our kids loved it! the grocery store downstairs was super convenient, location is unbeatable! thank you for hosting us!

Loved our stay. Super spacious and central

Suite was clean and spacious and felt safe in the area. Close to tourist things and great view from room

The host was so kind and very disponible. AC is a must and it work very well. Full equip cuisine. Balcony is AMAZING!

It was great spot, nice clean and very comfortable units. However booing it though Expedia was a disaster, no phone number or any other arrangement made and we arrived at the property hoping to have someone help us checking in. Eventually a shop next to the appointment contacted the property management and she kindly came again and provided us with all details. Every thing else after was fantastic.
