"The staff was very helpful. Walked me through doing laundry. Evening ramen was good. Discovered a supermarket nearby with excellent, microwaveable meals. I’ve stayed here several times. I have a friend in Omiya and even though it’s a 15 minute train ride to get there, I think it’s worth it to stay here."

"Location: very close to Omiya station (train station) so easy to get to Tokyo. We went directly from Haneda Airport by Airport Limousine and it took a bit longer due to the traffic. Breakfast: lots of various things to choose from. Very tasty. I couldn ’t do the charge to the room and needed to pay in advance."

"Terrible experience If you have a tattoo forget about swimming at this hotels pool - also pool costs $7 per person if you dont have a tatoo, towels $3.50 - restaurant is ridiculously over priced - used laundry facilities at hotel( 8 shirts, 8 underwear and socks (basically under 1 load of laundry) $114 !!!..Noone speaks English and you would think someone would - everything so expensive - rooms crazy small - would have never brought a child to stay here if I wasn't allowed to take him swimming...
