"We had the loveliest stay at Alpenglow Aerie! We were two families with 5 children staying over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is beautifully decorated and has the most spectacular views of the mountains and lake. It was the perfect place to unwind after a hike or bike ride. The added loft area was perfect for the kids and we always had a fire going in the evening. "The air conditioner and heat in my room was not changeable. My room is 79° all night long couldn’t open the window or doing anything else. I have trouble breathing. I need a cool room to sleep in and that’s what they gave me. Also, we checked in two hours early and they charged us 40 extra dollars for two hour check-in. If you get a chance go somewhere else. "
