"Breakfast was fabulous and well appointed….. two types of omelets, potatoes, fruit, cereals hot and cold and an array of breads and option to make waffles. My only complaint is that there is no tip jar, and it’s the first time I haven’t seen one in a U.S. hotel and especially as our breakfast was so beautifully presented. I think every hotel breakfast area should include one as a way of thanking the staff. I walked over to the kitchen and thanked the staff. Chris, the front office manager was also very personable and helpful in answering all our questions and concerns as well. It’s the service that make or break a hotel, and they did not disappoint. The shuttle ran on time and we used it to and from the hotel. I recommend Bay Landing to any and all who need a hotel near the airport and I hope the management allows the staff to out out a tip jar in the breakfast area. "
