"Whole neighborhood wasnt safe. Several vagrants around. Pot could be smelled everywhere. Hallways outdated and rough looking. Elevator was a nightmare when trying to leave."

"Tv didn’t work, air conditioning wasn’t working. wasn’t much space in the rooms. Beds took up 50% of the room. No lock on the bathroom doors. No sitting chair/table. Just a small bedside table inbetween the 2 beds. "

"Great place to stay while visiting Seattle! Chandra at the front desk was absolutely amazing! We stayed one night here before boarding a cruise for our anniversary. While dropping our luggage off before our room was ready, we mentioned we were in town for our anniversary. When we got back and into our room they had decorated our room for us and left us a personalized card! Such a personal touch that really elevated the stay. The room was clean and we had a great view of the Space Needle. The hotel is easy walking distance to the highlights along with easy access to public transportation to help get around. They also have a shuttle service they can arrange for you to take guests to the port and airport for a small fee. We would already visit again for the clean rooms and location, but the amazing staff, especially Chandra, really made it special for us. We will definitely be back on our next trip to the city! "

Woke up, opened the app for my EV knowing I needed to find a charging station before starting the 200 mile trip home, only to discover that my car had been fully charged over night! Outstanding!"

"What a fantastic way to start our week long cruise to Alaska. VERY spacious room, charming, comfortable and clean. Staff is OUTSTANDING. Proximity to attractions and downtown a plus. Hotel arranged for our transportation to/from airport and cruise ship. Affordable too! Will stay here again."

"Check-in very efficient, staff personable. Not much for restaurants in this area within walking distance except a pub across the street. A short walk to the Space Needle and Museum of Pop Art and area."
