"We loved our stay in Mermaid Cove! Our host Jacqueline was wonderful and always super fast to respond and equipped with all information. The condo is spacious and clean and stocked with everything you could need. Cowpet Bay is just a couple mins walk (lots of stairs) and Secret Harbour is just a short drive. IF we ever make our way back to St.Thomas we will inquire here again. Thanks for the memories!"

"Was a great experience? The shuttle service to the rooms made me feel very exclusive and luxurious, just have to note the times they do start and stop the service. Staff were all the way helpful. Everyone on the compound was glad to help. The surrounding areas where lovely. Pool, ocean view everything. With live music, food and drinks I had a blast!"

"We loved staying here! Exactly what we were looking for and exceeded expectations. The cove and beach were gorgeous. This side of the island is protected from the wind so it was stunning when the other side of the island was getting hit with rough waves and seaweed. There’s a small reef right off the beach so it was so easy to snorkel. The restaurant onsite was amazing and the bar was awesome just footsteps from our room. The staff were so nice and helped with calling taxis. We came in the off season so the beach was not packed at all and it felt like we had found a little slice of paradise that not many people knew about. The room was so clean and it was awesome to have a little kitchen with a full fridge. It was an easy taxi from the airport and you’re so close to red hook to jump on the ferry to St John. We definitely will be staying here again and would recommend to friends and family!"

"Basic things like shampoo and body wash are steep in cost on the island compared to the mainland so make sure to bring all your essentials as the sticker shock can blindside you. Although this host does have odds and ends laying around I'm assuming from previous guests i.e snorkeling gear/beach supplies so 100% skip on packing the beach towels but try to remember anything else (if you need prescription goggles for snorkeling you can rent a pair at the Red Hook dive shop *forgot its exact name but nice folks*)"

Brand New Luxury 8BR Villa on St. Thomas with Ocean Views, Waterfall Pool & More

"We stayed at this property for 7 days in August 2026. We were 15 adults and three children under the age of 2. This villa worked perfectly for our large group. There was tons of space for everyone, and the bedrooms are laid out in a way that everyone had their own space when they needed to be away from the group. The bedroom closets were even large enough to accommodate cribs for the little ones! The pool was the perfect size, and we spent a lot of time congregating around it. The location of the villa is somewhat secluded and very quiet, but still just a quick drive to Red Hook if we needed anything. The villa itself was very clean and relatively new. It was also well furnished if not overly decorated. We rented two cars and used the villa as our base of operations for numerous day trips in and around St. Thomas. We recommend you visit Secret Harbor Beach. Only about a mile from the villa and somewhat of a hidden gem. Finally, we can't say enough good things about the villa manager, Connor, and his assistant, Jen. Communications with them were nearly instantaneous no matter when I texted them. We would happily stay here again!"

"The condo was very nice and clean. I loved being able to pick up fresh beach/pool towels each morning, rather than having to do laundry. Our host gave a wonderful long list of beaches, restaurants, and activities to do in the area. We had a very nice pool, however the beach in cowpet bay had a lot of seaweed. You also couldn't go in without shoes due to the rocks. However, we enjoyed going to different beaches each day. Be sure to check the cruise line schedules to avoid going to popular beaches on those days. Coki beach was beautiful but it's tiny and the cruise people left trash all over. Trunk Bay on St John was the most beautiful beach we saw with great snorkeling."
