"This was a day off I had planned with a friend, and at only $70 for the night, I wasn't sure what to expect. I mainly chose this hotel because of its location, pool, and free parking, but I ended up getting much more than I expected for the price.
I arrived around 1:30 p.m., fully understanding that check-in wasn't until 4:00 p.m. The woman at the front desk (I'm sorry I forgot her name) greeted me warmly. She smiled and said, "I'm sure I can find a room for you," and she did. After I asked about the pool, she apologized that she couldn't give me a room overlooking it and explained that my room faced the parking lot instead. I assured her that it wasn't a problem. She also took the time to tell me about the complimentary breakfast.
The room was spacious and comfortable. It featured a king-size bed, a couch, a large TV, a large bathroom, blackout curtains, and an excellent AC system. It was also stocked with plenty of towels, a fridge, and a microwave.
When I went to the pool, I had it all to myself. It was a clean pool with only a few leaves that had blown in. There were plenty of lounge chairs and towels available by the pool,
My only complaint is the carpeting in the room. It looked worn and didn't feel very clean, so I kept my sandals on the entire time. Replacing the carpet would make a huge difference.
The next morning, I was sent off with a warm complimentary breakfast. For the price, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again."
