Awesome views, great fishing, close to lots of waterfalls, and hiking opportunities. Huckleberry Cottage is a 5-STAR guest cottage sitting on 11 ac. nestled in the valley on a pond between Lookout and Sand Mountains. Huckleberry's driveway is gated and stretches beside our pond and fishing docks over 400 feet which allows lots of privacy. The cottage sleeps our guests very comfortably, located at the end of our pond. We're located 1 - 3 miles from several good local and chain restaurants in Trenton, Georgia. Rock City, Ruby Falls, and Chattanooga, 20 -25 minutes. Ruby Falls features a 40-foot climbing tower with five routes of varying difficulty and 700 feet of rushing zip lines with amazing views of the Tennessee Valley! Also Lookout Mountain Flight Park- Hang Gliding and Paragliding Training Center. One of the best hang gliding experiences in the country is only 10 minutes away. Cloudland Canyon is only 10 minutes, hiking paths include the short Overlook Trail, strenuous Waterfalls Trail, and moderate West Rim Loop Trail. Mountain biking is available at the newly developed Five Points Recreation Area and along the Cloudland Connector Trail. The park also offers disc golf, a fishing pond, trails for horseback riding, and picnicking, and overlooks. Check out our guest book for more information. Great place to stay within minutes of Cloudland Canyon and Lookout Mountain. There is a pond full of fish, our kids really enjoyed it. Beds are very comfortable and the place itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a great getaway for the week. They have a fire pit with chairs, the local grocery store has firewood that we bought and used and really enjoyed making s’mores with the kids. The place was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals just like at home. The bathrooms were clean, stocked with fresh towels, and even included shampoo, which was a thoughtful touch. Everything felt well-maintained and ready for guests. However, the Huckleberry Cabin is probably the best we have ever been blessed to stay in. The cabin has its own private lake, is very clean, and up to date. The cabin is centrally located with easy acess to Sand Mountain, Lookout Moutain, and Chattanooga. James and Angela are excellent host. I highly recommended a stay heare strtic ##### Larry M C. Could not have been more pleased with Huckleberry Cottage. Only wish weather would have been nicer on the day of our arrival so we could have enjoyed the grounds. Very comfortable and private. Angela was very helpful and answered all of our questions about the property. If you like peace and quiet then this is where you want to stay.
