"Although they say on their sign and advertising they have a pool and spa it is only open part of the year. My kids were most disappointed. They are near the ocean and most and you can get to whale watching in minutes."

To make matters worse, there was ongoing construction/renovation, which created noise and an uncomfortable environment during the stay. This was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. When I tried to resolve the issue, Expedia provided no helpful options to change or cancel the reservation, leaving me stuck despite the poor conditions. This experience completely fell short of what you expect from a brand like Embassy Suites. I would not recommend staying here"
