Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. The home was exactly what we needed for our stay in a peaceful, clean neighborhood with easy parking, and close to a shore and dining, as well as additional shopping by car. It was perfect for my older small dog, as the porch is level to a lawn so she didn't have to climb up and down stairs.
