« Would been great but it took 20 mins and I kid you not 20 mins for the water to get hot. We moved the chair in the corner by the table and all underneath it and behind it was full of dead bugs where the maids had not bothered to pull out and sweep behind of underneath it. My nephew was 4 doors down and went to take a shower but had no shower curtain. Seems that this place is going down hill a little since new owners took over. »

« The Brook Trout Inn is a real gem. It has been locally owned for the last ten years. The owner and staff are wonderful people. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location makes local towns like Highlands, Cashiers, and Brevard accessible with relatively short drives. There is lots of hiking and waterfalls in the local area. A great place to stay. »

« Clean room, heat and ac worked well. They even provided microfiber towels to wipe down the motorcycle. I would stay here again. »

« The Balsam Mountain Inn was a most wonderful place to stay!! EVERY single staff member could not have been more helpful!! To sit on the porch and relax and look at the view was an experience all it's own....sooooo relaxing!! Coffee was a local brand and tasted amazing, along with the pastries. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the long, hot shower was refreshing. The Inn was close to restaurants downtown and just a shirt trip! You will not be disappointed! Please support this...

« L’établissement qui est en fait un motel et non un hôtel n’est pas conforme à la description de votre site. Il serait appréciable que la différence entre motel et hôtel soit préciser avec une photo extérieure des chambres aux USA.(photo jointe à insérer au site svp). Chambre bruyante, vétuste et moyennement propre. Petit déjeuner imposé et pris par l’intermédiaire d’un guichet à emmener dans la chambre car pas de salle intérieure avec une température de 0 degré ! »
