"There is a big sign outside that says ‘Grand Opening’. Not a chance, way too many things look worn and poorly maintained inside the room. It was also clear that the housekeeping crew was doing the bare minimum. "The hotel looks new, smells great and is in a great location, 12 minutes walk to myeongdong street, 5 minutes walk to the stream, many restaurants around yet the hotel is located away from the noise. They clean the rooms every day. Every room has a fridge and stove which was great. I would stay there again but would book a bigger room."

"1. I booked a ‘Mini Suite’. It was definitely ‘Mini’ 2. It paid for a King Size bed. It was smaller than a ‘Queen Size’. 3. When I booked I asked for a rate with breakfast, only to find out that it didn’t include breakfast. So I paid about $18/pp on the first morning, only to find out it was an embarrassing excuse for breakfast. Just shameful. 4. On the morning after we arrived, I went to the front desk asking them to checkout ahead of schedule.They told me that I Ned to do it THREE DAY IN ADVANCE, or in other words I was ‘trapped’ at this horrible place for the rest of our visit. I am starting to have second thoughts about what you guys at Expedia define as an “Excellent” hotel. Embarrassing!"
