"Room was immaculate, beds were comfortable, and it was a great location! The staff took great care in preparing the room, as you could see from the details taken with towels, bed linens, lighting etc. The owners of the hotel were extremely, helpful with suggestions for food and shopping. The hotel property itself was very pretty, with a deck, hot tub, seating areas, fire pit and beautiful baskets of flowers hanging thoughout the outside of the hotel and planters on the deck. It was all very welcoming! Would stay here again!"

"This is my second time staying here. It is a wonderful place. Gorgeous views, lovely outdoor areas, great restaurant and rooftop bar. I did not get a chance to enjoy any spa time, so I'll have to do that next time I come for a visit. This place does not disappoint!"

"The hot springs pool was amazing. I loved the courtyard area. It was peaceful to sit out there and read. The rooms are basic but clean. Beds are comfortable. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner or you’ll have to use the provided body wash as shampoo. I loved the short walk to town. And coffee and tea in the lobby was nice to have."

"Clean room. Great location. I'll repeat that, great location. Right next to the river and the walking trail. It is about 1 mile from the downtown, so if you are older like me, it is not walking distance. The town has some good bars and restaurants. Beware the ocassional bear."

"Group traveled to Ouray to go offroading and this property was ideal for our needs! Had parking behind the house that would accommodate a trailer, so all of the rigs fit (2 Jeeps 1 Bronco F250 pulling trailered Jeep)! Bedroom situation was perfect, with two primaries w/ private bathrooms two other bedrooms sharing a full bath. We had everything we could need! House faces the mountains, so a perfect view! Lots of wildlife in the area, which is a plus. Tons of windows to allow for a great breeze. Richard and his crew were great to work with - they went above and beyond to make us welcome. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again when in town for more group rides."
