We were looking for a small town experience in close proximity to Boston. This Inn proved to be beyond all our expectations. It was very clean and quiet and had numerous modern hotel features you would not normally expect in a property of this vintage. We will definitely return someday.

This charming New England B&B will not disappoint. Hosts Ryan and Sarah were the most welcoming and attentive folks. Breakfast was exceptional. We recommend this location without question.

We were there to visit family and friends in area. Hotel was well positioned for our needs off Route 3 which gave us easy access to Lowell/Nashua area as well as major shopping malls. Room was large, clean, and bright. Kitchenette had everything we needed for a 9 day stay. The free breakfasts and the evening socials were a nice touch. Staff were courteous and helpful. clean room, affordable breakfast, modern setup

Excellent front desk service very helpful for directions

Not too many options in the area but this place is very nice.

All was good

Everything about our stay was great.

This Bed and Breakfast is one of the most beautiful inns I’ve ever stayed in. There are so few beautiful inns with character nowadays. The inn is gorgeous and very romantic. Terry Maguire, our hostess, was very welcoming and incredibly generous and warm. I highly recommend the Maguire House—absolute perfection. 😀 Chris

Staff were friendly, Plenty of parking. Room was not the cleanest. Stains on the bed sheets and a few hairs left behind. The sink had gunk that was not previously cleaned away. Tight bathroom, not much room.

Great

The place was well kept. The hotel has parking. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
