The cleaning staff came and cleaned while we were there in the room!! I also had booked two rooms and the second room was not available until well after check in time!! It also was dirty!! Hair in the tub as well as a used bar of soap over all filthy!!! This was a terrible experience and complained to the front desk about everything! They instructed me to notify you! 8.8/10 Excellent! (1,001 reviews)
The photos of the room do not reflect reality at all. The bedroom was very dark, and the furniture was old and dirty. Even the cushions looked like they had been there for years and were clearly worn out.
Although the room was a generous size, the overall condition gave us a very bad first impression. The room felt creepy and uncomfortable, and we immediately felt uneasy about staying there.
It was 11 p.m. on a rainy night, when we arrived at the hotel, but we decided not to stay. My first concern was the possibility of bedbugs, so I checked the reviews and found previous reports mentioning this issue. That made us even more uncomfortable with the idea of sleeping there.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The difference between the photos and the actual condition of the room was shocking, and we did not feel comfortable or safe staying there.
