A bit loud being near the highway but they can’t help that, and some of the other people staying there were loud at random times of night and there were some sketchy characters hanging around all the time. Over all good bang for my buck, and it was nice having a fridge/freezer at my disposal. I always suggest an upgrade to smart TVs, as well, so guests can just screencast or airplay with their cell, who wants to watch tv with...

« Room was nice we got a two room suite. The only down sides were, the bathrooms had ants, disposal and microwave were broken and the staff didnt respond to late night disturbances. However my family had a blast in the pool and the breakfast was delicious. We had the best lobby coffee there. »

« It was nice to have the breakfast there where we can easily grab something. The staff were awesome. I drove 9.5 hours and they let me check in early which was nice so I didn’t have to wait. »

« Check in was ok, we had a late check in at 12:40 am and front desk sat on her phone for a couple of minutes before I had to get her attention. The building had a horrible smell. We were not able to use the pool because a duck was in it. Floor was very dirty in the room. Breakfast food was not good, scrambled eggs had a rubbery texture and horrible taste, no non dairy milk offered, coffee dispenser served horrible tasting coffee. Not sure how this hotel received a “Good” status on Expedia. »

« The room was clean as it could be. It was in big need for maintenance. Walla were dirty. Tub had repaired spots and the overflow cover was handing by a screw. The light fixtures were old and needed cleaning. Broken furnishings. The kitchen was nice but empty of items. I later found the brochure that said you can ask for kitchen items in the office. The kitchen light switch didn’t work very well… The garbage in the back was overflowing into the parking lot where our room was. No hairdryer. But...

« I had asked for a downstairs room since they didn’t have an elevator and I was healing up from tearing my tendons on my left knee from falling downstairs backwards a month earlier and my dog is 1.5 years old so stairs are not her friend either. The counters were all dirty, the floor was so dirty I had to mop it twice so my feet would not turn black. The kitchen sink leaked all over my things I had on the counter, and on the floor. « The room smelled like urine, the room door was damages. There was a swarm of flies in the room and in the elevator. They refused to give me a refund because I "was in the room for 1hour", according to the time I checked in. I had a lot of things to unload, had to look for the hotel cart and I tried to get a hold of them over the phone but nobody answered and there was nobody in the lobby. 1 hour is reasonable for unloading, documenting the issues and try to communicate.
