« Clean , cozy room with friendly staff! Close to shops, eateries, etc.. »

« Breakfast was good! Staff are friendly…the reason why I gave such low rating was because once we entered the room, we saw a lizard and a cockroach in the bathroom. All night we had noisy upstairs neighbors, the walls are so thin you can hear everyone around you and walking by. I wouldn’t book here again…after hours of driving it’s not what you want to be dealing with. »

« Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, has the very basic room amenities. What was terrible was the false advertising! Advertised sauna, hot tub, pool, in-room soaking tubs in all rooms & continental breakfast. There was no sauna, no large in-room tub & no breakfast. I was very disappointed. »

« The man at the front desk was super nice, and helpful. But the room was pretty gross. The cabinets were dirty , drawers had crumbs and dirt. The ac did not work. The man at the front tried to help and be accommodating but we decided to stay elsewhere , so we received a full refund with no problem. »

« The room was only somewhat clean. The bedsheets had cigarette burns, the curtains were falling apart, and the floors were dirty and sticky. When we first arrived, there were two sheriff’s trucks parked outside, with people doing drugs nearby and several homeless individuals in front of the hotel. The overall environment felt unsafe and very rundown. The water from the sink came out yellow, which was extremely concerning. On top of that, when we checked out the next day, the staff initially...

« This seems to be a hotel with fairly new, young managers trying to make it work. But the task may be overwhelming...our room had a leaky faucet, absolutely nothing in the way of amenities except the giest bar of soap (shampoo is on request at the front desk), and we killed the cockroach that crawled out from behind the picture on the wall. »
