"My overall stay was pretty nice. But the hidden fees is where they get you. We were not prepared at all for all the fees we ended up having to pay for. The stay we had to pay for entering Mexico. Each excursion we paid for they had hidden fees that were not mentioned to us at all. But we still had to pay for “insurance” for EVERYTHING. if I were to go back i definitely would just stay at the resort and not pay for any excursions due to the fact we had to pay for so many other things ruined the experience of exploring the city. I had paid for a transportation from and to the airport. But once we landed I was told my name was not on the list so we had to figure out a way to and from the resort which also costed another 200$ "

I recommend spending the extra money and getting the all inclusive pass as it opens so many doors. I would say this resort has the best food I had thus far for an all inclusive resort"
