Very bad. Hard to find any positives. Will never stay again. Old and ruined property, poor customer service. Only two of the staff were nice, one of them was horrible. Absolutely hated my time there.

Helpful staff. Our 2 bedroom was very comfortable for a family of 5. The beds were super super comfortable. The only thing to suggest is that the toilet and the bathroom needed an update. Otherwise, a clean & pleasant stay.

I stayed in economy single studio alone for 1 night. It was small and simple, but very well arranged. The sofa-bed opened easily and was comfortable to sleep. There were dishes and some pots and pans to cook and eat. The air conditioner (or some other heating system made some noise during night time, but after falling asleep it didn't disturb me any more). Wifi was working well. Clean and spacious bathroom. Elevator to get to the upper floors. Personal key to get in the building late night. Overall, nice stay. Would stay there again.

Bare bones, worn, but clean.
Room and facilities are clean, but need some updating. Hallway carpet is really stained, laminate flooring in rooms peeling, etc. Good value in the area, but the property could use a bit of investment.

Location is not ideal in Toulouse, the area is a bit rough and not the nicest to stay for more than a couple of days, about 15 minutes out by metro from the centre. The hotel itself is ok, the staff nice and helpful. The sofabed is dreadful as noisy, creeky and really not confortable to sleep on for more than one night. Once opened there is no room for anything else in the room. No cupboard or shelf for clothes so everything in suitcase during the stay. Fridge is noisy so without earplugs between the poor sofabed and the fridge, forget about getting a good night sleep! Room was not vacuumed or mopped for at least two days out of five but towels changed. It is pricey for what is offered.

This was our second stay at Lagrange Apart'HOTEL Toulouse Saint Michel. The property is very conveniently situated in the south part Toulouse, close to the metro, supermarkets, shops. The apartment was very quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very exceptional quality for the price.

Good for my quick stay
I only stayed one night but the facilities were good. Laundry, kitchenette, gym (two pieces equipment in a dark room) and a supermarket just down the road.

We liked the continental breakfast. The WIFI service was not up to standard. Had to try multiple times to get a connection and sometimes I couldn't get on line. The laundry facility was good. The street where the hotel is located is dirty, crowed and below middle class.

Great underground parking at this hotel. It is about a 15 minute walk to the college area where you can find restaurants and pubs. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Wi-Fi was perfect in the lobby and the hotel room. Two thumbs up!

Never disappointed
Im a regular client for business reasons and I always found it a very convenient and pleasant stay Staff are friendly and helpful The apartments are spacious and well equipped The high floors are well lit and airy I always book this place when available and I was never disappointed I would recommend to open the windows in the fitness room instead of using aircon

It's like you are home...
We've stayed in Toulouse four times and this is probably our favorite property now, a welcome surprise. Completely superb, A+ front desk (feel shy speaking in French? They are so friendly and welcoming, totally nice and helpful, such a wonderful team). The location is likely not completely central if you are a first time visitor or if you are not open to city experiences. But if you are somewhat energetic, there are loads of quick food things nearby- pizza, ramen, veggie, kebab/hummus, an excellent boulangerie across the street, beerhall, paleo/keto and 3 good size supermarkets-2 Carrefour/1 Spar. I walked most days to Carmes and the Capitol which is a good daily exercise but there is a metro under a 3 minute walk away. The studio we had felt like home. Clean, excellent AC in the middle of summer, nice terrace doors, good kitchen because I love to cook in France, so quiet, we slept so well for such an excellent price point.

Great for family stays
We stayed for two nights in a family road trip. The hotel receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. When we told we wanted to visit the Cite de l'espace, he promptly suggested public transportation to get there, printed us the public transport itinerary and map of the site. Nice room, small but convenient kitchenette, comfortable sofa-bed for the kid. Some interesting restaurants close by, walking distance to downtown Toulouse and affordable underground parking.

Nice room near downtown.
Nice hotel with a nice room and good staff. Very good bed with nice sheets and pillows. Only one problem: no hairdryer. Also, much smoke smelt outside the room.

Room: The room looks just like the photos provided, although some rooms of the same type are smaller than others. The supplied kitchen had more than enough dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances. The exterior window covers can completely block all exterior light. The area is relatively quiet in rooms that do not face the street. The room had no obvious odors. Wifi: You have to enter a password through a web browser every time you connect, and it frequently disconnects. This became very frustrating when trying to complete work. Laundry: The description advertises a launderette on site, but there are only two washers and two driers, so you have to be vigilant and lucky to snag one.
