The property looks unsafe. Room was dirty. Bad maintenance. Smell bad. Bad place to go. I don’t recommend that hotel. Is really bad.

Service, staff and amenities were top notch.

I have been to Vegas 7 times within the past 10 years and have stayed at several hotels. I chose Cesar's due to it's central location on the strip. While the location was great the overall experience was not. For starters the room we were assigned was dimly lit with only two small lamps in the main bedroom area. The view of the pool from the 18th floor was lovely but hearing the leaf blower going off every morning at 6am was not. It also did not help that the ice machine on our floor was broken for the duration of our stay and the average temperature in Vegas was 100°+ (107 while we were there). Since each room card is assigned to a specific floor you can't just pop down to the next floor to get ice. Also, we had issues with no one coming to clean the room multiple days in a row. We shared our concerns regarding this and the front desk and while the tried to help it was frustrating that I had to do this multiple times in a 4 night stay. Lastly, I found the casino staff to be extremely unfriendly. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by letting me gamble at their casino, sit at their bar or even order a cup of coffee. With that said all of the surrounding casinos were great. Bellagio, Venetian, Aria, Park MGM- all very nice and friendly. I have stayed at the Venetian, Vadara, and NYNY multiple times and would recommend all of those. I would not recommend Cesar's for their hotel or casino.
