What I like the most about this hotel is the complimentary 3 meal buffet from breakfast to dinner. A big help without spending too much food outside. Lots of choices of good food. Plus the staffs are very accommodating and nice especially the Filipino staffs. 🙂 Would love to go back

The staff were all super nice! room was clean and basic. loved that all the meals were included. Amazing food !! I definitely recommend staying here especially if you are on a budget ! The only downside I will mention is that the pillows aren’t the most comfortable and it can be a bit noisy at night sometimes due to the fact that it is a student residence.

Rooms were clean. Excellent location. Great value. Air conditioning worked too well! A couple of things in the bathroom were loose (which we reported to the front desk), but shower pressure was very impressive. Would highly recommend if you’re a couple of friends travelling to Toronto in the summer!

This is a great low budget property, especially considering that breakfast, lunch and dinner are included! It's very, very basic, but if you're not planning to spend a lot of time in your lodgings, it's a great alternative to a more expensive hotel!

Excellent stay at the residence. Room was very basic but we knew that, close to metro station bonus. Took advantage of the buffet cafeteria for mornings and dinner and it was excellent and save us a bit of money and time. Also took advantage of the gym. I’d like to acknowledge Gabriella at the front desk who was welcoming and helpful when we checked in. Will definitely repeat, thank you.

Great location, great price, staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice that security was 24 hours and the place is very secure. Also a great bonus having the cafeteria with meals and beverages included in the stay. The place was very clean, gym was great and nice to have a secure sitting area outside. Unlike a hotel, there are no extras in the room other than the toiletries and towels. No fridge, microwave, hairdryer, hangers or iron. Also must say the bed and pillows were the main part that made me give it only 4 stars. Mattress felt like sleeping on a boxspring and the pillows were terrible. All that said, I would stay again given the price of hotels downtown in prime tourist season.

It was perfect for family traveling. Location is great and close to station and street cars. Food were great and kitchen staff was friendly and helpful. Facility is secure and my family felt safe. Our visit was for one night to avoid travelling into the city during the rush hour for our son's convocation the next morning. It is a great location for exploring the city and about a 25 minute walk to the university district. Accommodation is a student residence so we knew that the furnishings in the room would be basic, which they are, but they were comfortable and the room was clean. Lighting is something that could be improved though. The all day buffet offers a good variety of food and is included in the price.

Parkway is in the middle of every attraction meant to be seen by tourist, the food was great, the air conditioning was perfect, rooms very clean, bathroom also very clean.
