We had a wonderful stay at Grand Monday Ginza. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Tokyo. What truly made the stay special was the staff—they were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel very well taken care of.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Grand Monday Ginza to anyone visiting Tokyo. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip even better!

Great for families, especially with young kids. Our room had a nice space for the kids to play that felt like their own. Laundry and a refrigerator were a huge plus! Staff is so kind and friendly.

Regarding housekeeping, trash is collected only once every three days. Even then, the staff do not empty trash bins unless the bags are completely full. This is quite unusual and disappointing, especially for a hotel.
