"The condition of the hotel. The promptness in repairs, I had an issue with the toilet and within 5 minutes they fixed, the location is excellent, I loved that they had breakfast until noon, and room service 24 hours a day. The Staff was great, Inocencio and all the joggers at La Huerta. The employees at Starbucks great. All in reception really nice. When I needed transportation they arranged for me. Camino real Veracruz was a really nice experience for the two weeks we were there."

"It was an excellent stay! If you ask at the reception, you can have your room cleaned early... The food is excellent! They have a jet of water in the pool just great! If you walk through an always cleaned tunnel you can access the beach... We come every year for the triathlon and we will never change this hotel.. Always great stay!"
