Timberville Vacation Rentals

"Great location and flexible host"

"This is a breath taking property. There was plenty of room for our 7 adults and 2 kids and the direct access to the river was by far the best part of our stay. My only constructive criticism would be focusing on the cleanliness of the hot tub and that not all of the tubes, kayaks and paddles were usable, but we made do. Overall, this lovely place and would recommend!"

"There was a typo in the welcome guide (which I'm sure has since been fixed) but the host responded right away and our stay was great! Overall, the property was perfect for our group! Our kids loved the pool set-up and the parents enjoyed the fire pit / lounge area. Home was very clean and included everything we needed for a quick getaway!"

"Great location and house!"

"Great location, clean property, family had a blast. Prompt response and resolution for issues when brought up but hope they are resolved proactively for next guests."

"The house and property were wonderful! Very close to tubing and other activities. House was perfect for a family or small group and was well equipped. We will certainly be back!"

"This was a great space for our girls getaway! An easy drive to Shenandoah National Park for hiking and views. The house was well-stocked and nicely decorated. We would stay here again!"

"Wonderful stay! Perfect for a weekend away!"

"This place was so cute! the host provided us with a bunch of restaurants to go to. The property itself was perfect for a getaway."

"Peaceful airy but cozy cabin near the river. Floor to ceiling windows are spectacular. If you’re looking for a little solitude but still close to a ton of fun outdoor activities, this is your place."
