We enjoyed the fireplace, keeping us warm during our January stay, the teens loved the hot tub, there was plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds, our group had the best sleep in 3 weeks trip, trying many beds on the way! Well equipped kitchen (sharp knife!), nice books and games. The home was cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable good nights sleep before our backpacking trip. The outdoor space was absolutely lovely. It was peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The host was wonderful- friendly, responsive, and clearly takes great pride in making guests feel at home. Location is convenient to attractions and the view was wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Obviously, this is an older home so it could use some updates to the upkeep of the place without destroying the history.
