"Overall had a great vacation. Great location convenient to restaurants and shops, beautiful beaches, clean pool. Loved the pool bar and the bar staff. Shuttle to and from Island Grand to Rumfish was so convenient. Room was ok. Had to use the pullout couch/bed because we had 5 of us in a suite. Not only was the sofa bed uncomfortable but when we opened it up the first night, it had a dirty mattress pad. Staff responded promptly with new bedding and the manager gave us a small credit for the inconvenience. Would probably stay here again."

"Great location away from the AMI traffic. Hotel pool was great. Always had towels. Breakfast every morning to grab something before starting adventure. "

"The hotel room had a very damp odor. The smell woke me up at nights! I complained about it but was told it’s an old hotel and all the rooms smell the same. The water in the sink backed up on three separate days despite having engineering fix it twice. The first time they fixed it, they did not nail the board under the sink back into place and it fell on my 9 year old hand as she was retrieving a towel. Luckily she wasn’t hurt. Above the shower, looked like there is water leak that kept getting patched up and probably contributed to the smell of the room. When I pointed that out, the manager from house keeping just looked at me and nodded. Only once for the entire time we were there, house keeping accessed the room, removed the garbage and made up one of the two beds!!! The carpet had a huge permanent stain right under TV, you cannot avoid looking at it. Pros: the pool area was nice. The staff were friendly. Hotel was centrally located and walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do "

"Family friendly, great beach, lots to do for all ages, staff are great, clean property. Worth getting a gulf view to have coffee overlooking the beach. Nice kitchen in room, good pools, lots of kids so if you are looking for a quiet place, this isn’t it! Nice gym. Beach is gorgeous with umbrellas and chairs free for guests. Big water slide for guests to use on the beach. Negatives: No cash use so every machine defaults to a 20% tip. Your teen gets dipping dots for $7 themselves and the person expects a 20% tip. It gets really old after a week. You go and get something yourself and the person expects a tip. There are a few buttons to figure out how to leave zero but the person watches you and it’s uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a perfect time there! It’s a great place with a kid. "
