This is a really good hotel, if you are looking for somewhere central and In The old town then you can't get much better. The staff are really helpful and their English was so good. Obviously given the location you are limited with the room size and amenities but the roof top bar is really good and the pool was ok. Would definitely come back again!

Hotel is at the right location and very clean with a roof bar with a pool on top and restuarant. Excellent food and professional knowledeable stuff. This is my second visit and I like consistency of the service and cleanness of the hotel. Stuff is amazingly knowledgeable and polity with a big smile all the time

Everything about my stay was phenomenal, from the staff, the room, location, spa services + onsen, to the breakfast buffet. The staff truly goes out of their way to make you feel special. Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this was by far the friendliest, most attentive and accommodating staff. Thank you to Rose, Chris, Viper, Louisa, Happy and the rest of the staff for consistently going out of their way for me. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are deciding between hotels in Hanoi, I promise this is the right choice!
