9.8/10 Exceptional! (915 reviews)
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful when it came to figuring out our events for the day. They gave great recommendations on where to eat but also offered great breakfast as well. We did laundry service with them and it was also very convienent and easy, it was nice to just come back after a long day to fresh, clean clothes.
Thank you!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (862 reviews)
I was shocked at the quality of this hotel when we arrived given all the high reviews. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel by any standards, and truthfully the photos are quite deceiving. This is a 2 star hotel at best. The property itself is pretty run down, and our room was very very dated and in need of renovations. The curtains and towels had stains.
The staff was very nice and helpful though, so this review is nothing on them. Just don't go in expecting a 5 star hotel experience.

"A great place to stay, especially if you are not well versed in the Vietnamese language. The staff - even down to the house cleaners and maintenance people - greet you and are friendly. This is a great hotel to stay at, and I am returning for two nights a week later."
